Introduction

We have been supplying premium quality and durable plastic and porous Grass Reinforcement systems in Ireland for over a decade.

Reinforced grass, grass reinforcement or grass protection paving are systems used to reinforce soil for heavy loading or occasional traffic, while still allowing vegetation growth.

We have a range of different plastic grass reinforcement paving systems for various budgets and applications, all available at competitive prices. We proper grass pavers for more intensive use and higher loadings and we also have open structured systems which allow better vegetation but may not be as strong structurally. Depth ranges from 40mm to 200mm depending on the type grass reinforcement.

For budget and low wear and loading applications, we would offer a range of Geoweb Cellular Confinement strips. Good vegetation is possible with this system due to the open structure. This system is manufactured from ultrasonically welded HDPE strips and is economical to purchase and easy to install.

The next system up is our plastic Grass Grid. This grass paving system is suitable for low wear and medium loading applications.

For heavier duty applications, we recommend our premium Grass Paving.

Typically, Reinforced Grass Paving systems should be laid on a levelled blinding layer on an optional layer of geotextile/membrane all over a compacted hardcore base.

Grass paved areas are fully porous and permeable and will contribute towards flood prevention by allowing rain water to percolate naturally into the ground.

Grass Paving and Grass Grid can also be filled gravel for low maintenance gravel paths.

Our Grass Paving have been approved and used on a number of notable projects such as the M50 Motorway, M7 Motorway, Malahide Castle, Grangegorman Hospital, Howth Golf Club and Oakfield Park, just to list a few.
